Hi! I’m Angella, the heart behind Angel Delite by Bae where every dish is made with love, flavor, and a little Caribbean magic. 🌴✨​

 

My love for cooking started when I was just a kid, spending time in the kitchen with my grandmother, Iris. While most kids were outside playing, I was side-by-side with her, learning how to season, stir, taste, and create. She was a chef at our local middle school, and trust me everyone knew when she was behind the stove. Her cooking was legendary, and whether it was school lunch or a church potluck, people couldn’t get enough of her food.​

 

She passed her passion down to me, along with her treasured recipes, and by the time I was 10, I knew I wanted to follow in her footsteps.

 

That dream grew into Angel Delite by Bae my catering business that brings bold Caribbean flavors to every table. From intimate dinners to big celebrations, I create custom menus filled with soul, spice, and unforgettable taste.
