About Us

My name is Angella, my passion for food comes from growing up around my grandmother Iris, who was a chef at one of the local middle school in my hometown. When all the other children in the neighborhood were outside playing, I would be in the kitchen helping her cook. I had developed an authentic love for cooking in addition to having the original recipes she used on a daily bases.

 

All the kids at the school love her cooking, she also cooks and bakes for church functions, the adults love her for her cooking talent. she had a tremendous love for cooking. 

 

I have been in love with cooking since I was  10, I have always dreamed of owning my own Caribbean restaurant someday, now I feel the time is right to pursue my passion
