About Us
My name is Angella, and my passion for food began when I was young, growing up around my grandmother, Iris. She was a chef at a local middle school in my hometown, and while other kids were outside playing, I spent my time in the kitchen helping her cook. It was during these moments that I developed a deep, authentic love for cooking, learning from her not only the art of food but also the cherished recipes she used every day.
Everyone at the school adored her cooking, and she was often called upon to cook and bake for church events, where the adults would rave about her talent. My grandmother had an undeniable passion for food, and it was that same passion that inspired me.
I've loved cooking since I was 10, and it's always been my dream to open my own Caribbean restaurant. Now, I feel that the time has finally come to pursue that dream and share my love for food with the world.
